Privacy Policy
How Liberty Trailer Rentals handles the information you share when you browse this site, send us a message, or book a trailer.
Effective September 4, 2026
Introduction
Liberty Trailer Rentals is a trailer rental business based in Liberty, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We are a small, local operation. We collect what we need to answer your question, take your booking, and get you a trailer, and nothing more. We do not sell your information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Contact details you enter in our contact form or give us by phone, text, or email: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the load you need to haul.
- Booking details you enter in our online booking system: your name and contact information, the trailer and dates you reserve, and the payment details you submit to complete a reservation. Payment card details are handled by our booking and payment providers, not stored by us.
- Rental information collected at pickup, such as the tow vehicle you are using and the rental agreement you sign.
We also receive basic technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location, and the pages you view. This is standard website analytics data.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to answer your questions, confirm and manage your reservation, arrange pickup or delivery, contact you about a rental in progress, and handle returns, late returns, or damage.
We may also use it to improve the website and to send you occasional updates about our trailers or availability. If we contact you for marketing, you can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
This site runs on third-party platforms that process some of your information on our behalf so the site can work:
- Our website and contact forms are hosted on a marketing platform that stores form submissions and message history.
- Our trailer booking calendar and reservation system is operated by RentFlow, which processes your booking and payment details.
- We may use standard website analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
These providers only receive the information they need to perform their service. We may also share information when we are required to by law, or when it is necessary to protect our property or resolve a dispute about a rental.
Cookies
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your booking session, and measure how the site is used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including the booking calendar, may not work correctly if you do.
Data Retention
We keep the information we collect for as long as needed to provide our services, complete and support a rental, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.
When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify it.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you for marketing.
To make a request, contact us using the information below and we will take care of it. We may need to keep certain rental or business records where the law requires it.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
